But neither does PETA’s audacious and mean-spirited give-away of a vasectomy for Infertility Awareness Week. Neither does their response:

The IRS has published the guidelines for the extended and expanded adoption tax credit.
Even if you’ve claimed the tax credit in the past, some things have changed (including, it would seem, the need to file a paper return as opposed to filing electronically.)
